Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the “Forgot your password?” link in the login card. If the problem persists, write to grp_it@antalya.edu.tr.
My course is not in my list.
Check that your registration is complete in the Student Information System. If the course is still missing, write to IT with the course code.
How do I submit an assignment?
Open the course, open the assignment and use “Add submission”. The steps are explained in the student user guide.
What if I lose my connection during an exam?
Reopen the quiz with the same account. If time remains, you continue where you left off. Inform your instructor right away if there is a problem.
