Corporate Finance techniques
will be taught and used to make businesses more effective and efficient. The
relationship between Financial Management and related areas will be revealed
and the ability to solve financial problems of businesses will be developed.
The course will be conducted by combining interactive class discussions,
exercises and case studies. In addition, many examples/cases will be discussed
in class. An important part of the learning experience in this type of course
is constructive and rational class discussions. In this context, all students
are encouraged to participate in class discussions in an active and logical
manner.
