The course covers the use of AI tools in professional interior architecture practice, text-based AI tools, text-to-image generation tools, image editing tools, prompt writing, concept development, moodboard production, user scenario development, material and style research, visual alternative generation, client presentation, portfolio development, critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs, ethical use, copyright, originality, data security, and professional responsibility. The course positions AI not as a tool that replaces design decisions, but as a support tool that must be critically managed within the professional design process.
