This course seeks to answer five key questions:
What is communication? Where does it occur? How does it occur? Why does it
matter? How do we study it? In answering these questions the course provides an
introduction to major issues in the field of communication. The course includes
detailed analysis of all components of communication like listening, speaking,
feedback, questioning, verbal and nonverbal communication, communication
problems and cultural differences etc.
