The objective of the course is to provide students with necessary knowledge about the concept of architectural representation and skills for written, oral, graphic and physical expression with the help of conventional tools. As a part of a twofold lecture system – in coordination with its successor ARC1106 – this course covers freehand drawing, lettering, hand drafting, coloring, parallel / central projection of forms and plan, section, elevation of an architectural mass / space.
